John Alderman

With my training and background, I followed my passion and opened In-N-Out FITNESS in 2014. As a small business owner, I wanted to ensure that the business I started was designed so that it met both key criteria and my high expectations. In-N-Out FITNESS is not a franchise which might be fashioned following another person's vision. Rather, In-N-Out FITNESS is a result of  years of research which includes:

  • acquiring state of the art best products for the fitness center
  • creating a system so that members can be motivated and accountable
  • designing a program appropriate for men and women of all ages and fitness levels
  • ensuring members receive value and strong results when following the program
  • providing nutritional products and programs for members who need to lose weight
  • working with a personal trainer during each and every session

​John has been developing optimal program and rehabilitation designs for 1000’s of clients, over his almost 20 years as a kinetic specialist.


He has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the College of Charleston, as well as holding C.H.E.K institute certifications in Scientific Core Conditioning, Scientific Back Training, and Program Design.


He holds a Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, and has training experience in Jiu-Jitsu, Wing Chung Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Wrestling.

He believes in full body exercises that mimic primal movement patterns designed to create an ideal environment to develop and improve on all aspects of conditioning.


This includes nutrition, speed, strength, injury prevention, endurance, agility, and self-confidence. In addition, he has years of experience conducting Strength and Conditioning classes,


Women’s Self-Defense, and specialized Co-Ed Boot Camps. He is a dynamic and energetic instructor with a passion for helping his
students’ progress.


Terra Michelle Frost

Terra Frost has been an athlete her whole life.  Since the first grade year, Terra was involved in sports, such as softball and basketball. Sports were integral all the way through high school.  


Terra also played field hockey, lacrosse, track and field, and ran cross country.  Physical fitness is Terra’s passion.  Terra gained fifty pounds twice with both pregnancies, and can proudly say “I successfully lost the weight both times."


Terra has a passion for fitness and nutrition, but most of all, has a passion for helping others. Terra is certified in nutrition, Pilates, yoga, and group exercise. Terra opened her own studio, and has helped many others reach their fitness goals over the past two years.  Now, Terra has teamed up with In-N-Out Fitness® and she is so glad to be on board.


Steven Dorner is a NESTA Certified Boot Camp instructor/Owner. He is a certified fitness trainer, certified with precision nutrition and licensed massage therapist offering weight loss programs for women. He also holds a Associates Degree in Golf Course management from a premier golf college. His passion for sports and health makes it easy for him to help others.

Steven holds certifications in Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Deep Muscle Therapy, Aroma Therapy, CPR and Golf Instruction . Steven’s specializations are a consequence of his personal pursuits in golfing, martial arts, massage, and bodybuilding, but his drive comes from helping his clients heal themselves through the power of movement and exercise.

Steven lead multiple weight loss and body transformation groups with thousands of pounds lost.

Steven holds a 3rd degree brown belt in Jujitsu and a Green belt in Judo. He has also trained in capoeira, plyometrics, kickboxing, boxing, golf conditioning, yoga, and exercise therapy. He has appeared in Charlestons Oblique Magazine for trainer of the month.

He brings over eight years of experience in the health and fitness industry and a passion for helping others pursue and achieve their goals while effectively leading them to a healthy more fulfilling way of life.
