Here are some important things to remember:
Directions to Brown Family Park: Exit 199B, left at first light onto Sigma Drive, first right onto Front Street and first left onto Pace. Street parking available at park entrance.
Please ALWAYS arrive on time.
Registration is on site – The fee for each class (Tuesday and Thursday) is $10.
Registration and liability waiver will be signed on the first day.
You can pay for an individual class, or if you prefer, you can pay in advance for any number of classes you would like to attend. Saturday is FREE for the community.
We will meet at the park entrance on Front Street.
If you MUST miss a day, let Steven know before that day arrives.

If you have an unusual ache or pain, tell Steven immediately.
Steve will speak with each attendee about a pre/post evaluation which can take place at In-N-Out FITNESS located at 1216 N. Main Street in Summerville.
Eat a SMALL meal before camp. Avoid juice.
Wear layered clothing. You will get warm very quickly. A hat and gloves will be your best method of keeping warm for the first 15-20 minutes each day (during the cooler months). You’ll be plenty sweaty by the end of each hour.
Running shoes are required, not cross-trainers or walking shoes
Avoid perfumes

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind.
No one will be left behind, or will be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Men and women of all ages and abilities will be challenged. We welcome everyone to participate.
What types of exercises can I expect?
Exercises will include core conditioning, short distance running (less than 1 mile), muscular strength training, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, Pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses and more!
Unless otherwise instructed, please bring your exercise mat, weights 5lbs and 8lbs dumbbells, and running shoes every day. You may also bring a towel and it is recommended you bring a water bottle.

Where do we meet if it rains?
We will meet at the Brown Family Park. Yes, this is possible even on the first day of camp. If there is ever any question about where we will meet, you can call Steven on his cell phone at (843) 991-9823.
Note: We will not be taking roll each evening. It is your responsibility to check in each day as you arrive. Simply place a check mark next to the appropriate day. You are responsible for knowing about the special days in this camp and where to go.
