Welcome To Our In-N-Out FITNESS Members Area! Thank You For Being Apart Of Our Gym Team!
Our rules are in place to benefit the members of In-N-Out Fitness®. By design, In-N-Out Fitness® is created so members and guests can come in, work hard, and feel good when they leave knowing they completed high intensity interval training (HIIT). In-N-Out Fitness® is a state-of-the-art fitness facility that allows men and women of all ages and fitness levels to meet their exact goals. We created In-N-Out Fitness® to be a safe place for all members and guests to have fun, follow the program, and meet their fitness goals when members and guests commit to the program. Each program is designed to be completed within 30 minutes.
In-N-Out Fitness® has a location for your personal belongings, which is in a separate area from where members exercise. We are opened 6 days per week, and members can benefit from unlimited personal HIIT sessions, offering both a high value and an opportunity to obtain high results.
Required
Make sure you eat well and hydrate* in advance of each session.
Arrive 10 minutes in advance of beginning the daily program. It is advised to warm up to help prevent injury. The trainer will then advise each member and guest where and when you can begin the workout rotation.
Ensure the heart rate monitor is in place.
Follow trainer's instruction and advice
While exercising, always stay within your capabilities to avoid injury
Stretch and cool down after the 30 minute rotation
Recommendations
Take advantage of the weekly support group that includes nutritional advice
Join the Saturday classes, such as Yoga, Pilates, Build A Booty, Interval Step, Belly Blast, Women’s Self Defense and Kick Boxing

Wear cross trainers while working out at In-N-Out Fitness® to avoid injury
Follow some do’s and don’ts when exercising, such as:
Do not eat a heavy meal before exercising
Do eat a light amount of carbohydrates, such as 4oz. sweet potato
Do eat protein plus carbohydrates within 45 minutes after exercise, such as low sugar fat free Greek yogurt or protein shake, rice cake with 1 TBS almond or peanut butter
Reminders
We ask that you do not hang around or socialize for an extended period of time out of respect for others who are exercising and staff who are working.
In-N-Out Fitness® is not liable for any lost or broken items
Photography
It is the intent for the Owner of In-N-Out Fitness® to take pictures of the workout sessions for marketing purposes. In-N-Out Fitness® reserves the right to use their pictures in their marketing campaigns, and on the social media. In-N-Out Fitness® can publish these pictures where the Owner of In-N-Out Fitness® deems appropriate. It is stated in the member agreement that members give the right for pictures taken during workout sessions can be published by the Owner of In-N-Out Fitness®.
Any and all non-authorized camera used by members and guests is prohibited while in an In-N-Out Fitness® facility.
Terminating/Suspending
Any Month to Month agreement must be terminated with a written 30-day notice is required to cancel a membership. Memberships must be canceled in person. A text message, email or phone call is not acceptable.
*Guideline: Ensure you drink a minimum of 64-128 oz of water every day.
